Wormall Civil have been at Banksia Grove for approximately 8 years and have developed approximately 300 residential lots since June 2020.
Wormall Civil are currently constructing stages 54/55 and Wildwood 4 at which are all due for completion in early 2022.
There is approximately 100 lots under construction, works currently being undertaken onsite include the installation of a 400mm MSCL water main, sewer installation and mass retaining walls
