Description
Residential development is adjacent to Kwinana Freeway with 111 lots completed so far and 132 lots under construction slated to be completed by late 2023.
Scope included:
- 160,000 m3 od sand cut to fill
- 500mm of deep sewer up to 6m deep
- 1380m of gravity sewer
- 1650m of Roadworks
- 600m of up to 5m tall precast Noise Wall ( Completed by PC Walls, We only provided earthworks and excavations/backfill for the wall )
- 1900m of limestone retaining wall
