Wormall Civil are very pleased to again be part of the Kingston at Australind Development after the successful completion of the previous Stage 10E2.
Kingston at Australind is a major 1400 lot residential subdivision development which is approximately 80% complete. Kingston provides a comprehensive community infrastructure and range of housing styles, as well as a primary school, neighbourhood shopping centre and retirement village facilities.
The massive 185 hectare site is bounded on its northern and western sides by the Brunswick River; the Australind Bypass Highway to its east and Leschenault Leisure and Aquatic Centre to its south.
