Wormall Civil is pleased and proud to announce the formal signing of the acquisition agreement for our company to purchase Cowara Contractor’s plant and equipment.
We are also proud to welcome Cowara’s work force into the Wormall Civil Group of Companies. The new entity will operate as Wormall-Cowara from Cowara Contractor’s former base in Cowaramup.
It will be business as usual in as much as we recognise the significant history and achievements made over a 30 year period by former owners and directors Steve Duggan and Chip Yelverton, along with their loyal and committed staff. We are committed to ensuring the same standards and quality of work that Cowara Contractors was known for and we encourage all clients to show the same loyalty to Wormall-Cowara moving ahead.
Cowara Contractors was well known as the one-stop-shop for everything earthmoving with over 30 years specialized experience in civil construction and earthmoving. Wormall-Cowara will continue to specialise in road building, road maintenance, civil infrastructure provision and dam wall construction etc.
A dedicated civil works crew undertakes many Special Rural and Residential subdivisional infrastructure works in the Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Cowaramup and Margaret River areas of the South West and will continue to expand its service offering and geographical footprint in the South West and Great Southern Regions.
