Wormall Civil 40th Anniversary Event 

On Friday, October 11th, Wormall Civil celebrated a remarkable milestone—our 40th Anniversary. Surrounded by clients, consultants, developers, subcontractors, and employees, we reflected on four decades of excellence, collaboration, and enduring partnerships. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special evening. Your support has been instrumental in our journey, and we look forward to many more years of success and delivering great projects together!

Kennedy Bay 

Wormall Civil Commenced in Kennedy Bay in late 2021 and have since been awarded 7 stages (270 lots), almost completing the area of phase 1.

Wormall has just been awarded the first stage of Phase 2 being over 130 lots of earthworks and also pricing Stage 2A Civil component, which is to commence in the new year comprising of 49 lots.

Wormall Civil would like to thank our client in WA Beach & Golf Resort, represented by Place Development and also the consulting engineers in Cossill & Webley.

We look forward to continued success through 2025 and beyond.

Trinity Estate

Although Wormall Civil has completed works in Trinity since 2017, in just the past 4½ years Wormall has been awarded over 20 contracts under LWP, completing 469 lots and now under Satterley’s direction, mid-2023, a further 262 lots within 6 contracts (that’s 730 lots constructed).

This certainly has been an exciting fast-moving development and one Wormall Civil are very proud to have been provided the opportunity to deliver.

2025, looks to continue its fast pace with over 180 lots expected to be constructed, which will go close to completing this iconic development.

Spindrift 

At the end of 2022 Wormall Civil was awarded Stage 1 of this Goldfields development. The images speak louder than words and shows it really is a fantastic location. Each year we have been awarded a stage just before summer, so most importantly construction can be completed prior to winter.

Again, Wormall Civil has just been awarded stage 3 which will provide another 85 well sort after lots. This continues after delivering 74 in stage 1 and 69 in stage 2.

Certainly, is a development to be proud of and we thank both the Goldfields team and the team at JDSi Consulting Engineers, in making this development possible.

Adventure World 

Wormall Civil was delighted to host our annual Family Christmas Party at Adventure World on Saturday, November 30th. This cherished event brings together the families of our employees, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to celebrate the season and unwind after a busy year. Seeing everyone relax and enjoy themselves truly marks the start of the festive season in true Wormall Civil style. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special occasion!

2024 Recognition Event

On Friday, 6th December, we held our annual Recognition Event, a special occasion to honour the incredible contributions of our team members and subcontractors. This event celebrates those who have been part of the Wormall Group family for 5+ years, acknowledging their dedication, hard work, and commitment to our success.

We also took the opportunity to recognise our valued subcontractors, whose partnership and expertise play a vital role in delivering our projects.
