We were proud to attend the recent sod turning ceremony at Darling Estate in Bullsbrook, marking the official commencement of this exciting new masterplanned community by Mirvac.
Set across an 84-hectare site in Perth’s growing north-east corridor, Darling Estate will deliver approximately 1,200 new homes alongside future parks, walking trails and local amenities, helping shape a connected and sustainable new neighbourhood for the Bullsbrook community.
As the civil contractor engaged to undertake the project’s clearing and bulk earthworks package, our team is proud to be playing a key role in laying the groundwork for what will become a significant residential development in Western Australia.
Attendance at the sod turning event provided a valuable opportunity to celebrate this milestone alongside the project team, stakeholders and community representatives, while recognising the scale and long-term vision behind the development.
Works are now underway on site, with our crews focused on preparing the land and establishing the foundation for future civil infrastructure and residential construction. Delivering these early-stage earthworks efficiently and safely is critical to maintaining momentum as Darling Estate moves from vision to reality.
This project represents another important contribution to the delivery of much-needed housing in Perth’s northern growth corridor, and we are pleased to be partnering in a development that will support the continued expansion of Bullsbrook as an emerging residential hub.
