Busselton Gateway Airport Industrial Park Stage 1
Working alongside Satterley and JDSi, we’re delivering civil works for a 40-lot industrial development, including:
– 17,747m2 of asphalt road pavement
– 2,663m of sewer installation up to 5m deep
– 8,822m of drainage and subsoil works
Indi Estate Stage 5- 68 lots
Wildflower LLC Stage 3- 64 lots
Aspley Stage 17- 72 lots
Kennedy Bay Stage 2E- 37 lots, with additional Earthworks awarded for future stages 2F, 2G and 2H
Together, these projects represent more than 280 residential and industrial lots currently under construction, supporting growth, connectivity and future development throughout WA.
