Description
Allara estate is located in Eglinton, approx 20mins North of Joondalup. The 37-lot stage sits alongside the previous Stg 7 and Stg 8 completed by Wormall and included shifting large stockpiles of materials to make way for the new lots.
There was a large amount rock found in the trenches which required us to mobilise our 45 tonne excavator to rip through. Once the rock was dealt with, the sewer, drainage, common trench and roadworks went ahead with no hiccups and the job was wrapped up just prior to the Christmas break.
