Description
Wormall Civil are pleased to have been awarded multiple stages at Clementine Estate.
Civil sub-division works located in the upper swan area of Perth, site is designed as clay substrate layer presenting its own challenged especially during the winter months. Project encompasses intricate sewer and drainage design with the drainage allowing for lot connection pits to all future residences.
