Constellar

Wormall Civil are pleased to have been awarded a multi-stage bulk earthworks project in a new Perth residential estate- Constellar.

Located in Cardup, within the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, Constellar will combine the area’s rural history, natural elements, ecologically sensitive design, active lifestyle opportunities and respect for local heritage into a community that blends rural and urban development.

Our scope of works involves approximately 200,000m3 of import material and clay grading over an area of approximately 25 hectares.

Civil works are anticipated to start post earthworks completion within the first half of 2025.
