- 250m sewer network
- 50m of limestone retaining wall
- 280m of drainage pipe with pits
- 1280m2 red and black asphalt with 500m of concrete footpath in grey and Dalyellup pink
- 150m of water main
- Electrical power supply and streetlights along with communication network
