Description
Florence is a vibrant new community located in peaceful Mandogalup, just 30 minutes from the Perth CBD.
Located close to established shopping precincts, public transport and over half a dozen schools, Florence offers the

Wormall Civil scope of works:
- 160,000 m3 of sand cut to fill
- 500mm of deep sewer up to 6m deep
- 1380m of gravity sewer
- 1650m of Roadworks
- 600m of up to 5m tall precast Noise Wall (Completed by PC Walls, Wormall Civil only provided earthworks and excavations/backfill for the wall)
- 1900m of limestone retaining wall
5 & 6A BEW & Civils are the new stages of works awarded post the successful completion of 5 stages of works since 2022. Scope of works includes:
- Earthworks – Cut to fill and Import Fill
- 1300m of Sewer and Stormwater Drainage Installation
- 1400m of Retaining Walls
- Underground utilities – Water, Gas, Power and Comms
- Approx 8000m2 of roadworks
