Currently there is one major bulk earthworks project underway which includes the export of 220,000m3 of sand. Prior to clearing the earthworks area a series of trapping was undertaken by Fauna Specialists so that all wildlife could be safely relocated. Works are also taking place at the Foreshore to complete the last part of Marillana Drive and the roadway through to the Foreshore area. 5G Civil stage is underway and expected to be completed by the end of 2022 with 3 more civils stages starting in late 2022/early 2023.
