Wormall Civil are currently undertaking the following works across the Henley Brook project:

Henley Brook is a large-scale residential land development located in Perth’s north eastern corridor, delivering a significant number of new residential lots supported by major civil infrastructure upgrades.

Situated on the edge of the Swan Valley, Henley Brook combines residential growth with access to one of Western Australia’s most established food and wine and regions. The development benefits from close proximity to wineries, vineyards and associated tourism amenities, while remaining well connected to major transport routes and surrounding residential amenities such as play parks, cafés, and public open spaces.

Wormall Civil have been engaged across multiple stages of the estate, delivering bulk earthworks, underground services and road construction works, including complex interface works with existing infrastructure, high pressure gas easements and live road networks. The project has continued to track strongly against program, with multiple stages achieving Practical Completion over the past 12 months and several further stages currently under construction.

The development is now visually taking shape, with completed stages released to market and active construction fronts progressing across the estate.
