- 500m Retaining Walls, including 200m of construction next to the APA Gas Corridor
- 660m Sewer Reticulation
- 760m Stormwater and Subsoil
- 545m Water and Gas Reticulation
- 930m of Power supply and streetlighting, along with 1220m of Communication Installation
- 4400m2 Asphalt
- 1300m2 Footpath and 1085m of kerbing
