Description
Madora Bay is regarded by many as the most liveable land estate in Mandurah, primarily because of its beachside location and ease of access to Perth. Located just 10 minutes north of Mandurah, the suburb is fringed by the pristine shoreline of Madora Bay Beach.
The project has three distinct facets: the construction of a 64 lot residential subdivision, the upgrading of Madora Beach Road and the forward earthworks for Madora Bay North.
Wormall Civil is proud to have been chosen once again by our highly valued client Perry Real Estate/Madora Bay Partnership to construct further stages of its prestigous Madora Bay Estate. Our relationship with John Perry and his team over many years has been mutually benficial with numerous projects delivered successfully during this time.
