Description
Parkridge Stage 2A and 2B providing 32 lots consisted of the following:
- 38,000m3 imported fill
- 590m sewer network
- 525m of limestone retaining wall
- 425m of drainage pipe with pits and swales
- 3200m2 red and black asphalt with 260m of concrete footpath in grey
- 500m of water main
- Electrical power supply and streetlights with transformer along with communication network
