Reserve on Redgate, Witchcliffe

Redgate Reserve Stage 4 is a rural subdivision located to the west of Witchcliffe in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.

In many ways Reserve on Redgate epitomises the true Australian lifestyle at its best: beaches, surf, wine, great food, a closely-knit community and the opportunity to live a relaxing, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Nestled between the previous stages, vineyards to the south and bush reserve to the east, this 17 lot stage creates an eastern  link between previous stages. Challenging ground conditions have resulted in a substantial pavement redesign and additional fill to lots. Works are approaching completion in May 2021.
