Sienna Wood

Wormall Civil was awarded and started our first stage at Sienna Wood in September 2021. To date two bulk earthworks packages have been completed which included the import of approximately 180,000m3 of sand along with placement of clay on site and clay grading. Five civils stages have also be completed all with high level finishes presented at PC. Offsite sewer approximately 2km was installed to facilitate multiple stages to be released in the future. A culvert structure has been constructed over the Neerigen Brook consisting of 72 no.  1800 wide x 1500 high culverts as well as 160 no. 1800 wide x 600 high culverts on the Living Stream. Another 2 civil stages are currently under way along with the extension of the main entrance into Sienna Wood with another 2 civil stages due to commence within the next couple of months. A bulk earthworks stage which has just commenced will see the import of another 120,000m3 of sand. The long awaited Town Centre earthworks has also kicked off with the bulk earthworks due to complete early 2023.
