Description
The project involves upgrading Soldiers Road forming two 3.7m wide trafficable lanes and a 2.0m wide footpath/cycle lane.
The road is being built from subgrade level with installation of new subbase, basecourse, seal and asphalt. The works take place from the bridge at the intersection of Soldiers Road and Cardup Siding Road and the intersection of Soldiers Road and Turner Road, approximately 1.3km of road.
An open drain along with some culvert crossings are have also been installed on the western side of the road.
