The Village Stage 49 is one of the final stages at Wellard which runs off Ebrington and is Nestled between the Leda Nature Reserve and 2 Public open Space areas designed to incorporate the large mature native trees into the overall design of the stage .This continues Peet, TABEC and City of Kwinana’s commitment to tree retention aiding to a more environmentally friendly and sustainable suburb.
