Description
Vasse Dawson 4B1 providing 43 lots was recently completed and the next stage for another 66 lots has been started. The second stage includes the closure and re-alignment of a section of Yebble Road along with a new roundabout on Yebble Road.
A feature of this development is the limestone piers with saw cut blocks to produce “pillowed finish” on the blocks. This ties in with the previous stages of the project.
The current stage consists of the importation of around 25,000m3 of fill sand, 800m of sewer lines, 2km of drainage and subsoil installation, 1km of water main ranging in sizes from 300mm dia to 100mm dia. 6000m2 of red and black asphalt with 800m of footpath rounds out this project.
