I have had the pleasure of working with Wormall for the past 20 years. From the leadership of Ray then Craig and now Shane Wormall, this family business has always punched way above its weight whilst remaining approachable and responsive to the significant fluctuations in the market over this period.

My first experience with Wormall was in Byford where I was a green engineers superintendent. The support I received from the whole Wormall team was incredible. I specifically remember redesigning some of the roads on site due to changes in some of the existing road connections. Instead of standing down until new drawings were issued Wormall staff assisted in the design and redeployed resources within the job so that costs were minimised, and program was maintained.

This collaborative approach is why I have insisted that Wormall are on all of our tender lists. It also doesn’t hurt that the team are just good people and enjoyable to be around.
