Civil sub division and Bulk earthworks project located in the Alkimos area of Perth, Bulk earthworks currently underway required the cut of a local dune formation for future civil stages. Current civil stages are 34A and 40A with 34B to come online before Christmas 2022. 40A required a lot of work in conjunction with the Water Corporation due to the complexity of the sewer design.

Main scope as follows:

• Clearing
• BEW cut to fill of insitu material.
• All clean fill mined from locations on site
• Installation of all undergrounds
• Civils works
• Retaining walls, retaining walls, including stairs all require concrete upstands
