Wormall Civil’s commitment to recognising and rewarding outstanding performance is an integral part of the company culture. We hosted our first employee recognition event on Friday 10th November at The Camfield, honoring the contributions of long serving and dedicated employees.
Wormall Civil has over 400 employees and is pleased to celebrate these milestones with 90 of their employees employed with the company for five or more consecutive years.
The event was a time to come together to celebrate the dedication, hard work, and outstanding achievements of our employees. It was a fantastic opportunity to express gratitude and appreciation to the amazing individuals who make our organisations thrive.
We thank all the employees who attended the event, and we look forward to being able to celebrate our teams’ milestones again next year.
