One71 Baldivis is conveniently located 2km from the Baldivis Shopping Centre and local amenity. Residents to One71 Baldivis, will also be able to take advantage of the proximity to the Kwinana Freeway which provides direct access to Perth City (42kms).
Scope of works completed by Wormall Civil:
- Earthworks, preload,and trim: preparing the groundwork for the future with 40 lots undergoing earthwork, preload, and trim. We are importing 93,000 tonnes of clean fill to ensure a solid foundation
- Sewer System: Installing robust sewer spanning 605 metres to support the communities needs and ensure efficient waste management
- Drainage: Creating a comprehensive draining network with both shallow and deep components. Utilising 343 meters of concrete drainage and 585 metres of subsoil drainage
- Water & Gas Mains: Ensuring a seamless supply of essential resources with 536 metres of water and gaslaid underground
- Power & Comms Infrastructure: Empowering the community with 1048 metres of underground power and communications infrastructure
- Roadworks: Constructing a total of 5040 square meters of road
- Safe streets: building safer streets with 1017 meters of kerbs and 8 pram ramps, ensuring accessibility for all
- Footpaths: Creating inviting spaces for pedestrians with 1311 square meters of 2.0m wide footpaths
- Freeway Noise Wall: Working towards a peaceful community by laying 150 metres of footings for the freeway noise walls
