Jindee Estate is nestled between two natural limestone ridges that run down to the Indian Ocean. Along the kilometer of Jindee’s ocean frontage there are long white sandy beaches, small intimate sandy coves, and beautiful rocky outcrops.
Wormall Civil are delighted to work with Estates Development Company on this bespoke coastal development, having complete the first stage in 2017.
Wormall Civil undertook the below works for this project:
- Clearing and Earthwork in an environmentally sensitive area with varying ground conditions
- 60,000m3 of cut to fill from borrow put to the west
- Intricate retaining wall and fencing scope carried out by WA Stoneworks
- Sewerage
