Welcome to Issue 22 of The Dirt.
Here we are again, that busy time of the year that seems to creep up faster and faster every year… well maybe that’s just coming for me and others of similar vintage!
This year at Wormall Civil has been another very busy year, although it has been a period in which we have managed to hold the reins and really steer the ship as effectively as we could possibly hope for. After the challenges that our industry (and most for that matter), experienced over the past two years, it was great to finish this year with such control.
On behalf of myself, our Senior Management Team and our Advisory Board, I would really like to thank you all for the contribution you have made this year to make it all possible. As I said earlier the past couple of years have been challenging, so it is so fulfilling to finish this year with a feeling of greater calm and control throughout the business. There is so much time invested in strategizing and planning behind closed doors to ensure that we as a business are, “there before we are there”, so it is great to see it all come together and happen as planned.
In recent years we have grown to hold a strong market position, year after year exceeding our key objectives with one single aim in mind… to service our customers, that provide the opportunities that we grasp and deliver upon.
Thank you so much to our clients, I know you have had a lot of uncertainty within your organizations over the past couple of years, thank you for your continued support, we are here to deliver consistently for you and I sincerely hope that the certainty around supply and cost continues to meet your targets.
As most of you know, Christmas time for me is a time for ocean and boating and it’s the one (and only) time of the year I can really switch off and enjoy the thing that is most important to me… My Family! Whatever you are all doing or who you are doing it with, I hope you get to have a nice break and spend it with the people that are most dear to you personally.
