As a vital component of the estate, Wormall Civil is constructing the roads that will provide the key access point into Albermarle’s $1 billion Lithium Plant in Western Australia.

Wormall Civil has thus far been awarded three contracts by the WA state government land agency LandCorp, with a total value exceeding $20 million, as part of the Transform Peel works at Peel Business Park.

The State Government announced on 21 February, 2019 a $7.5 million expansion for the Forrestdale Business Park, with funding allowing a further 140 hectares of industrial land to be developed.

Wormall Civil has been engaged by LandCorp to complete the installation of off-site sewerage at East Village at Knutsford, and works will include slurry micro tunnelling, strata sewers, storm water drainage, sustaining community trees, planting water mains, and bore reticulation.
